Interactive CD Project - 20 Marks
You are to create an interactive CD using Camtasia MenuMaker. The project is worth 20% of the overall term mark and as a minimum will included the following: DO NOT BURN THIS ONTO DVD MEDIA.
Content - 7 Marks
You will have a streaming media file. This can be the streaming media you created for the info commercial. DO NOT use your .avi file.
The streaming media is to be in flash format. You will have a PDF file. This file can be any report that you have created in a previous semester, or anything else you feel is beneficial in 'selling' you to a potential employer.
You will have a link to your web site, a link to the School of Marketing and e-Business web site, and a link to the Adobe site to let readers of the CD download the Adobe reader and Flash Player. The link must go directly to the 'Reader' download page and the Flash download page.
CD InterfaceMenu (what it looks like) - 4 Marks
You must create your own background using Fireworks- IT MUST LOOK GOOD. The background image is to be 640 px wide by 480 px high.
The background must contain an image, a picture of you, or something that ties into the purpose of the CD.
You must have descriptive text that provides an overview of the CD. Make sure that you have no spelling or grammar errors.
The links from your CD menu that load the specific files must be adequately described. You must have proper spacing between the link items. You can add sound to the links but I'm not recommending this.
